Man Arrested for Murder at North Charleston House Party

PACLIBAR, TIMOTHYPolice on May 13, 2019 arrested a man accused of the shooting death of another man at a house party in North Charleston. The shooting occurred shooting just before 2 a.m.

Timothy Paclibar, who was 18 at the time, was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Police arrested him while doing a routine traffic stop.

Witnesses at the party told officers that the victim was involved in a fight with three other party goers just as the party was ending. The altercation moved outside, and the suspect pulled his gun and fired several shots.

The victim collapsed inside the house. He died at Trident Hospital.
